Frequently asked questions
Still unsure about something? Reach out โ we would rather answer twice than have you guess.
Ask a QuestionYour first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We review your history, current symptoms, any previous treatment, and what you would like to be different. Nothing is rushed, and you will leave with a clear sense of the plan and the next step.
Please contact us to check whether your plan is accepted and to discuss self-pay rates. We are glad to help you understand your mental health benefits before you schedule.
Yes. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth provides medication management as a core part of care, including ongoing monitoring and adjustment based on how you respond.
This depends on your needs. Many people begin with more frequent appointments while a treatment plan is being established, then move to longer intervals once things are stable. The schedule is set collaboratively.
Please contact the office to confirm current in-person and virtual appointment availability.
